BOOKING ONLINE our charges explained… 
1. Quotations for installation work are free.
2. Boiler or fire fully serviced and safety checked – Allow 1 hour for the appointment. Price £99 incl VAT. Any parts used or remedial works needed would be chargeable. 
3. Two gas appliances fully serviced and safety checked – Allow 2 hours for the appointment. Price £178.00 incl VAT. Any parts used or remedial works needed would be chargeable. 
4. Attend a heating system or boiler fault. First ½ hour diagnostic visit – Price £89.00 incl VAT. Subsequent time is charged at £20.75 incl VAT per ¼ hour. Estimates to complete the repair can be provided after the initial diagnostic visit.

Important cancellations within 24 hours will incur a cancellation charge of the full amount paid. Cancellations over 24 hours would incur a £5.00 administration charge. Re-scheduling of appointments will not incur any charges.
